In Brief

Funk Cycles warrants that its bicycle frames shall be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship: 1) for the lifetime of the original owner of any non-suspension frame; 2) for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date of any suspension frame. This does not mean that our rigid frames are indestructible, or will last forever, nor does it mean that our suspension frames will start to fall apart after the warranty expires. The warranty does not cover everything that could possibly happen to your bike, and it applies only to the original owner. If we determine the frame to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the frame at our discretion.

This warranty does not apply to parts or components of the bike that were not manufactured by Funk Cycles, even if said parts were purchased with the frame; the affected part(s) are covered only by the part manufacturer’s warranty and warranty process, if applicable
